Terms & Conditions
Additional Costs
Additional carting costs will be charged for the delivery and removal of equipment to and from the venue.
Any unreasonable damage caused to table linen will be charged at an additional cost.

Insurance
Insurance is included subject to £1,500 claim excess.
There is a No Smoking policy within the Marquees.
Fire exits should not be tampered with or obstructed at any time.
Published Costs
All charges published in any of Sark Event Specialists’ printed material or online platforms are for guidance only and purely for estimating purposes for the Hirer – this does not constitute any offers or deals.
Sark Event Specialists' price list and charges may vary without notice. Sark Event Specialists reserves the right to vary the Hirer’s quoted hire charges in the event of any increase taking place before or during the time of hire in the cost of materials, labour/transport/rental/fuel etc. All goods that have been hired and are in the written acceptance are charged to the Hirer whether the goods have been used or not.
Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 30% will be required upon booking, however, this can be refunded if the event is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions.
Should the final invoice not be settled within 28 days from the final date of the hire period, Sark Event Specialists reserves the right to charge interest on the outstanding hire charges (from the date of hire agreement) at an interest rate of 15% per month until the full hire charge has been settled.
Representation
Sark Event Specialists does not include any means to represent the event during hire excluding erection and dismantling. However, there may be random spot-checks carried out during adverse weather conditions even if the event is private. Should the event take place on private property the Hirer must grant full access to Sark Event Specialists should the company need to enter.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made by the Customer more than 6 months prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund on any payments made.

Cancellations made by the Customer up to 6 months prior to the event date are eligible for a 50% refund on any payments made.

Cancellations made by the Customer up to 3 months prior to the event date are not eligible for a refund and the total cost of the booking must be paid in full.

Cancellations made by Sark Event Specialists at any time, other than for adverse weather conditions, will receive a full refund on any payments made.

Cancellations made at any time due to adverse weather conditions or other unprecedented circumstances such as the death of a close relative, may be eligible for a full refund at the discretion of Sark Event Specialists and with the provision of appropriate evidence.
